Secrets of Jennifer Aniston’s daily workout

Famous American actress Jennifer Aniston, who is remembered by many as the character of Rachel Green in the American TV series “Friends,” certainly stands out not only for her acting talent, but also for her beautiful figure. It should be noted that the actress is 51 years old and she still spares no effort to maintain her beautiful figure.

She wakes up super early to exercise. Her personal trainer says that despite her busy schedule, Jennifer trains almost every day of the week (even at 3am) for about an hour and a half.

According to her trainer, she doesn’t like to do the same workout for a long time, she likes change.”We box, we jump rope, we do strength training, we do a lot of work with resistance bands—we’re big on resistance bands,” says the trainer.”

Jen previously told that she’s a yoga devotee, and has been practicing since 2005. But her most recent fitness love is boxing with her trainer. “It’s the longest workout I’ve actually stayed with consistently other than yoga,” she told.

The trainer notes that Jennifer’s workout also includes planks, which are great for general body stretching. Here are the plank types that Jennifer always performs during her training.

Place hands directly under shoulders. Step feet back, one at a time. Maintain a straight line from heels through the top of head, looking down at the floor, with gaze slightly in front of your face. Now, tighten abs, quads, glutes, and hold.

Side Plank

Start in plank position, shoulders over wrists and feet hip-width apart. Resting on balls of feet, rotate right arm up towards the ceiling, opening up the chest. Bring right hand back down to the ground, and switch sides.

Plank Shoulder Tap

Start in a high plank position with feet wider than shoulders. Keeping hips square to the floor, lift right hand and tap left shoulder. Return to start and repeat with the other arm. That’s one rep.
