It is necessary to take care of: proper nutrition and water regimen, full sleep, and physical activity. ⠀
Here are some nutrition tips to boost your immune system:
- Eat regularly. Only food does everything necessary for our immune system. Give preference to easily digestible food. Do not skip breakfast.
- Replace cheese and fermented milk products of 0% fat content with cheese of low fat content – 5-9%, and fermented milk products with 1.5-2.5% fat content. After all, fat and fat-soluble vitamins from these products protect your lungs. In addition, dairy products are probiotics and improve bowel function.
- Remember the protein. Fish, poultry, eggs, meat provide the necessary amino acids for the synthesis of immunoglobulins. For example, in chicken broth there are many anti-inflammatory and restorative substances that enhance the body’s immunity.
- Be sure to use fresh and frozen fruits, vegetables and berries daily – a valuable source of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, as well as fiber and pectins. Frozen vegetables and fruits are almost as good as fresh in terms of nutritional value. 5 servings of fruits and vegetables should be consumed daily.
The nutritionist also recalled that what weaken the immune system: excessive alcohol consumption, smoking, lack of sleep.
