Pay attention to eating habits
It can be a habit to snack when there is no feeling of hunger. It harms the figure as well as the habit of eating in front of the TV, at the computer or during a telephone conversation.
It is necessary to organize a diet
Eat enough food for each meal so that you feel full for at least three hours. This will help prevent unnecessary emotional attempts to eat and gain weight.
Between meals, drink water or sugar-free drinks
Do not drink sweet sodas, coffee, tea, or juices between meals. This increases the level of insulin in the blood and contributes to the deposition of fat. If soon after eating you feel hungry, do not rush to eat again, drink water first.
