Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Even if you are short on time in the morning, don’t forget that healthy breakfast is very important. Skipping breakfast is not a good idea, so we recommend you replace the breakfast with fresh fruit smoothies.

Here is a breakfast smoothie recipe.


Ingredients for 2 servings:

3 kiwis, cubed

1 banana, sliced

2 cups spinach (450 g)

1 cup milk (240 mL)

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (285 g)



  1. Put fruit in a freezer bag. Seal and store in freezer for up to 8-12 months.
  2. When ready to use, put milk and spinach into the blender first. Blend until the spinach is fully incorporated into the milk.
  3. Then add Greek yogurt and frozen fruit and mix until consistency is smooth.
  4. Enjoy!
