Essential Tips of Dry Feet

We all want to have beautiful feet during hot summer days so before starting to prepare for summer we need to see what our feet look like. It’s known that people who often have to stand or walk all day usually are keen on having more dry foot skin than those who don’t.  Here are several stadiums of dry feet.

Rough Skin

This is a very early stage of cracked dry feet as this point, the crack on the feet has not yet appeared. This is a good time to act and treat the area before it does start forming cracks.

Skin Peeling On Feet

This is also an early stage of cracked dry feet but not so early as the one before. If you notice that you have skin pelling on your feet and around the edges of your heels, then it is time start treating the area.

Cracks Under Dry Feet

One of the later symptoms of cracked feet is visible cracks at the bottom of your feet and around the edges of your heels. This symptom directly follows the red colored skin, and once these cracks have formed, it is important to start treating them.

Itchy Feet

Cracks start forming under the feet, then the skin will start tightening on the top of your feet which will cause itchiness.

Itching Rash

If you do not treat your cracked feet and have been itching where the skin is tightening at the top of your feet then you may have developed a rash from all the itching.

If cracked dry feet are left untreated for a long period, then the cracks will get deeper and deeper. As the cracks get deeper, they will start to damage the deeper layers of skin instead of surface skin.

It’s worth warning that if you have cracked dry feet then you will find that your symptoms will worsen during the winter months. The cold weather will irritate the skin causing further dryness and itchiness.
