Ellie Goulding’s Wedding Dress Took 640 Hours to Make

Over the weekend, Ellie Goulding has married her art dealer boyfriend, Caspar Jopling.

The wedding which wasn’t short of famous faces, which saw the likes of Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom, James Blunt, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice to name a few in attendance.

The singer also pulled out all the stops for her big day, wearing a bespoke Chloé gown which reportedly took 640 hours to create.

And that’s not all, the dress was then accompanied by a veil by designer Natacha Ramsay-Levi. The veil reportedly took nearly as long as the dress to create with the fashion house reporting that they worked on it for 591 hours.


Speaking about the first fitting of her dress to JustJared, Ellie said:

“I have never felt more special than the moment I first tried on the dress during my fitting in Paris.”
