
Baking for Tea: a Recipe for a Simple Lemon Cupcake
The cold season has come and as a preventive measure against colds, experts advise to drink warm teas more often. And in order to make tea drinking not only useful, but also tasty, we offer to bake a simple cupcake.
Ingredients
Butter, flour – 150 g each
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Sugar 120 g
Vanilla, baking powder – 1/2 tsp.
Salt – a pinch
Lemon – 1 pc.
Cognac – 2 tsp
Cooking
Mix flour with salt.
Beat the butter and sugar separately until completely dissolved.
Add eggs one by one, while continuing to beat the egg-sugar mixture.
Remove the zest from the lemon, add along with the vanilla to the eggs.
Pour in alcohol.
Gradually add flour, preferably in 3 doses, without stopping to beat.
Grease the form with butter, pour the mixture into it.
Bake at 170 ° C for about 45 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly, get out of the form, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
